I installed Monterey OS on my macbook air m1, and it's comically bad.
I have an appointment at my local Mac service center in Seoul.
Does anyone know if this will cost me anything?
I certainly hope not. I'm at the end of my tether with Apple.

Warranty service should not cost anything. Perhaps you should expand upon your concern. What does "comically bad" mean? Explain.

Regarding what's wrong with my Mac -
apps no longer open,
apps run far slower,
and constant pop ups telling me Safaribookmarkssyncagent quit unexpectedly, and when I close the pop up it comes back again
and again
and again
and again
and again.
Yet Apple have decided to make it nearly impossible for me to return to an OS that actually worked for me.
Instead they have blamed the app developers.
I don't have time to chase up all the problems Apple has given me.
I've got to go to work: which the new OS has actively made more difficult.
And i've spent three hours talking to Apple about all the problems their new OS has caused.
Everyone involved in this should be ashamed.
If Apple had any decency, they would fix it for free.
10 minutes more than it should be.

If it's 10 minutes basic troubleshooting, then Apple should do it for free.
But the problems with Monterey run far deeper than that.

Then you have to pay someone else to spend their time fixing your Mac. I'm offering my services for free, at least for the time being.
What I asked you to do is not difficult.
