Tiny dots under MacBook Pro screen - new replacement, but dots are back

New MacBook Pro purchased March 2022. Noticed tiny dots under the screen-visible when shut down. Screen itself is smooth. Apple replaced the Display and Lid Angle Sensor in April 2022. These dots are now back again, after 2 weeks. Still under Warranty. Is this a problem with this particular model? Thanks.

Macbook Pro 15" 2017 dark spots appear on the bottom of the screen Just a day ago, these dark spots appear on the bottom of the screen after I lifted the screen up in the morning, which I didn't shut down the laptop the night before. I did some research and found that this happens a lot for the Macbook Pro 13" models. Does anyone with a 15" has the same issue? Why is this happening and how to fix it?

Not that we are aware of. We are not Apple, just users like you; we have no more access to Apple's R&D than you do.
