Kik notification but no message

I’m getting notifications through but no message in the app. Tried uninstall etc still the same?

Hi Nikki666ixx,


For issues with third-party installed apps, make sure your iPhone is updated in Settings > General > Software update as well as the app from the App Store. If the issue continues after installing it, contact the app developer for more details on a solution.
