Xcode previews

How come I see Xcode previews app in direct touch apps settings of my iPhone, but I have never downloaded this app? I can’t see the app in home nor in my App Library. My iPhone is not connected to a Mac, and I’ve read that Xcode previews comes only on macs. Screenshot below of where I saw it in settings.
