How do I get them on my home page

If you go to the App Store and the app has the "Open" option, that indicates that it is installed on your device. If the app isn't on a home screen (or in a folder on a home screen), go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
