i got a gift iphone 8 plus from my friends father but he forgot his apple id and also his gmail and password that he was connected to open i phone for the first time now i can not use it how can i fix it

Your friend's father will have to regain access to his account in order to remove the activation lock.

If he can not do so, the device is useless.
