I can not get my iPhone 12 to turn on
How do I turn it on? I tried to do the complete power off and my phone made a weird noise but the screen was still black.

try force restart your iPhone:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
