Hello. The hotspot 'button' on my Xr has disappeared. There is now a 'button' there that asks me to 'setup my hotspot' but when I hit it, it tells me to contact my provider. My provider cannot help or fix the problem. Has anyone experience of this and know how to fix it?

You can follow these steps if your carrier can't help you!
Go to Settings > cellular > cellular data network > Put the word internet or the name of your carrier in the APN field shown in the following pictures:

and then turn off the cellular data and turn it on!
