The button has gone after updating to OS14.7.1. If I select Mobile Data from settings, I'm asked to Set Up Personal Hotspot which directs me to my carrier. My carrier says it's an issue with Apple. I rely on hotspot wifi to work from home. HELP!!!

i contacted them and they told me they don’t know and i should contact the apple service
After being sent to Apple, then to my network provider, then back to Apple again, I found out how to fix it: Reset Network Settings.
