Formatting Micro Sd Card

My new 3D printer comes with a 4GB micro Sd card. Tiny, UGH! Anyway I like o keep thy original card safe so the only other micro SD I have here is a 64gb Mico SD. So I put some fils to 3D print from the original card onto the 64gb card and put it in the printer, but on the main screen it shows no files on the SD.

Is it possible that 64gb is too big or does it need formatting? Getting info on the card in Finder it says ExFAT. Someone on the FB page says it should be MSDOS FAT?

I never had this problem before with my previous printer. Any Ideas?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.3

Check with the Manufacture of the 3D Printer for details on size and formatting requirements for this Micro-SD to work.

Never had thus problem before with my other 3D printers.

All my SD cards including Micro are formatted Fat32. They were formatted that way when purchased. However for the 64GB I expect it must be exFat which should work.

Thanks. I never had this problem before with my previous printers. All SD cards worked. I hate these Micros. Think I'll get a Micro to SD adapter and not mess with it.
