how can i find my iphone with imei

hi there, I lost my iphone 11 since yesterday and i tried everything to find it but there is no way that i can see it i logged into my find my phone it says the phone is offline and my location is turned off as well. i hope there is away that i can track it with the IMEI number

You cannot track the phone with the IMEI. If you turned off location services there is no way possible to track the phone.
