I lost my phone

I lost my iPhone 7Plus on April in Vietnam. Although I've been using Find My iPhone, my phone has shown offline mode for two months. So, could Apple help me find my phone with IMEI? If Apple can help me, please answer my texts. Sincerely thank you, and sorry for reporting to Apple so late!

Apple can't help you try and locate it, and it can't be located via IMEI. I assume you've contacted the carrier.
