So my dock icons were for 2021 adobe and of course those shortcuts got broken.
I have now fixed this – removed the 2021 and "keep in dock" for the new ones – THREE times. They seem to only disappear on restart, but it is annoying.
Any advice? Tips?

You can try dragging the icons from the Application folder directly to the Dock and compare your results.

I did do that on the second time. The adobe apps specifically are reverting to adobe 2021 apps.
This happened after updating maxos and the adobe suite. SUPER ANNOYING.
