I am unable to use gpay or phone pay as it asks to upgrade to 13.4 version or more

Gpay and phonepay are two payment apps and I am unable to use as it says to upgrade to version 13.4 while i am using 15.2 version already

UPI payments are not supported in this iPhone 6 Most of the payments apps such as gpay, phone pe, Paytm etc.. are not working in iPhone 6 due to the lower version of iOS 12.5 and getting alert these apps will be supported only on iOS version 13 or later. my iphone is not getting updated to latest version, what is the solution to overcome such scenarios & support the apps.

Delete the app and install again, please.
