error -1309

When I try to copy a video that’s about 6 gb from my 2019 i9 27 inch iMac to my USB-stick, almost at the end of copying it stops and shows: error-1309. Does anybody know how to fix this? It is a video in 4K

iMac 27″, macOS 11.6

Reformat the thumbdrive to Mac OS Extended, APFS, exFAT, or NTFS, or segment the video file so that no single part of it is 4GB or larger.

error code -8072 Hey everyone. I am exporting a video from Adobe Media encoder to an external hard drive. When I go to rename it I get a message that says "An unexpected error occurred (error code -8072)." I've looked this up but everything I've seen says it has to do with not being able to delete a file. Which is not what I'm trying to do. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? Would greatly appreciate it!
