About resetting security question.

I believe the answer to my security questions was correct. But Apple is not accepting that. When I tried to reset security questions, it's telling me "We don't have sufficient information to reset security questions".

I need to unlock my account for my newly purchased iPhone.

Can you guys help me with that?
