Charged twice for something I did not order - help
Apple charged me twice for a soundcloud subcription when I already have a soundcloud subscription.
I requested a refund, and they refunded one withdrawal to my bank.
And yes, the bank confirms two charges. Two withdrawals. Only one refund.
Using the automated refund request gets me nowhere. How can I get a person at apple to look into this.
I refuse to buy anything through Apple App store because they are fast and loose with my payment info.
