I am an Apple Tv+, apple music and icloud user.
I was advised by Apple to subscribe to Apple One to save money which I did. I was charged 14.95£
a few days later my apple tv+ charge came up and a got charged 4.99£ wherease I had just paid Apple One. Thus I paid twice. I requested a refund for the 4.95£ and only received 0.79£…
could you please fix this and make sure I won’t face the same issue with Apple Music and icloud?

If you want to review your iCloud storage go into your account to see the amount being used as well as what is available. If you are having issue then you will need to contact Apple support, as previously advised (as this is a user forum).
Hello, first thank you for sorting my previous issues out. However, now I’m said that my icloud storage is full and that I should subscribe to the 50g iclou+ but I have already subscribe to it via Apple one? I don’t understand. Before joining apple one I had no pb at all.
