A complaint

I asked for a refund and I received an email written in which the amounts were returned and nothing was returned.

They’re awful I was just away working for 3 weeks. Forgot my phone at home so no way to see anything happening. I get home my account drained can barely afford food let alone gas and out of work for a week. My daughter must have found my passcode in notes and ordered a bunch of things on a game she’s 8 but they refuse to give my money back they’re a joke. Imagine a billion dollar and can’t refund someone who can’t even put food on the table this week says not eligible just a joke apple is horrible whoever looks at these requests and Denys just horrible to bad gurus yous can’t eat this week because dad got robbed by apple 😡🤬
