Refund/Invoice

I paid for a subscription twice that I did not use and did not realise I was subscribed too. I asked apple for a refund for both of the two months subscription and they said they would refund both back after two days. I get an invoice the same day and it says I’m only being refunded for the one month but on the claims page it says I’m being refunded for both. Furthermore I haven’t even been refunded yet but they’ve sent an invoice already.

Looking at the picture above it seems to me that they have approved the two refund requests You have requested.

This is how long it will take to return the money to your account:

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
