Hoopla no sound on Apple 13 mini

I have no sound when I use Hoopla audiobooks on my iPhone 13 mini. Hi have seen many complaints of this on this site, but no solutions. Please provide me with a solution. Other apps (YouTube, videos played on Chrome and Safari) work just fine.

Audio stops On my iPhone 13 when I play my audiobooks either from the library, Audible or Chirp it plays a few seconds and stops. It will restart but only for a few seconds. I have tried turning phone off and on. What else can I do. I listen to audiobooks all the time.

ipad pro 11 inch 2nd generation game audio bugs out after I have used a usb headset with dongle all games on my iPad have no audio coming out of the iPad’s speakers after disconnecting my wireless USB headset connected to the usbc dongle. Everything else works fine like YouTube safari, Spotify and Discord.
