My child can still turn off device location in the "Find My" app under the "Me" tab

I have enabled "Don't Allow Changes" under Screen Time Settings regarding location. I cannot make changes on THAT screen. Also under Settings>Privacy>Location Services, it is ALSO locked. HOWEVER when my child accesses the "Find My" app and goes to the bottom tab "Me" the location can still be turned on and off.
