I recently notice this weird thing on my device. My phone shakes when taking pictures and they become blurry.
And when taking videos, the camera makes a sound that I don't understand.
The sound is like the tape recorder.

It sounds like the phone camera is broken. This will require a replacement phone if you take it to Apple so it may be time to upgrade to an SE 2022 iphone.
