I received a concerning message

Hello,

this morning I woke up to an Apple notice telling me that my phone had been hacked and my phone was being tracked and that I needed to download an app in order to get rid of the viruses….

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Most likely it's a scam attempt (not coming from Apple). DO NOT respond, nor download any app, nor give personal info to anyone.

Your iPhone, unless jailbroken, cannot get any viruses.
