Change a 'Standard' account to 'Sharing Only' account.

How can we Change a 'Standard' user account to 'Sharing Only' user account?

We just don't need the temptation or misuse of a User being able to mount their own private workspace on the Server.

I did do a search but could not find an answer to this one ...
