Hello ~ If you have screen time on you need to turn it off perhaps.

If the above doesn't work, try a restart.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

I am having problem logging out my app id on my phone and I want to restart and it's telling me failed, anytime I tried to download any app from the app store they tell me failed contact support
