Mail slow to load on ipad

I have tried all the recommended fixes and mail is slow to load. I have plenty of space on my iPad and my network is fine. I have deleted and added the mail account several times.

I have tired every suggestion in this thread and my email is still slow to load and crashes frequently. Apples IOS has become even more unrealizable then a PC.

I have read many post of other IPad users having the same exact issue after doing an update.

If this problem is not corrected soon, I will be forced to switch to an android tablet.

Hello loulou123,

You've walked through great steps to help resolve issues you're facing with your email account. To confirm, do you have this issue with multiple email accounts or only one specific email account? If the issue is with one specific email account and with the steps you've completed, you may want to contact the email provider for additional support. If you're having issues with multiple email accounts and you're using the built-in Mail app on your iPad, you'd want to troubleshoot the mail app itself using the steps listed below. You can also find these steps outlined in the following article.

  1. "Force the app to close."
  2. "Restart your iPad."
  3. "Update the software on your iPhone or iPad."
  4. "Delete the app. When you do this, you may lose data that was stored in the app. Then re-download the app."

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly or won't open

While the title of the article references different issues, these steps are extremely helpful in resolving application specific issues.

Let us know how that goes!
