When will Georgia be added to drivers license to Apple wallet?

Not currently or in the near future.

Currently only Arizona supports it, and Colorado, Hawaii, Mississippi, Ohio, and the territory of Puerto Rico are coming in the near future.

Ask the government of Georgia, it's their decision to be included.
