My iPhone 13 storage is showing that 800gb is being used by the voice memo app, which is obviously not possible. Because of this, I cannot backup to iCloud, my computer, or another iPhone. I do not have another backup. Has anyone had this issue?
I believe that something got corrupted with the built-in Voice Memo app. See the 'Built-in apps you can delete from your device', 'Delete a built-in app from your device' and 'Restore a built-in app that you deleted' sections in:

That’s why I mentioned using a Mac or Windows for the backup.
Though that assumes enough room there, too.
Voice Memos app can be deleted, so that’s a potential option for clearing space.
But you may have to perform the reset without a current backup.
At the risk of asking an obvious question, have you checked in the app to see if there’s a Really Big voice memo? And deleted it?
Probably headed for a backup, factory reset to iOS 15.4, and a restore, then:

Your backup might have to be to a Mac or Windows computer, if available iCloud storage is sparse.
Thanks for the reply and the tip. I will resort to this if all else fails. I’m concerned about losing the actual data that is on the app.

Yes, I’ve looked through. 800gb would be impossible regardless, as my phone only stores 128gb, I believe.
