Clarify your Device:
What device are you connecting these to? If a Mac, what's the macOS?
Contact Beats:
Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer. Mine were a gift. So, I told Beats, and they were kind enough to swap them out. I sent them in; and they sent now ones.
