How do I connect my MacBook Air M1 with any printer? I've done all the things one needs to do i.e. go to preferences and click on the appropriate boxes to add a printer but nothing works.

Troubleshooting a Printer:
A. Provide Device Info:
What's the brand and model of the printer?
B. Reinstall the Drivers:
You may need to remove the printer drivers, and then install them once more. Get the drivers from the manufacturer, and none other, as a way to avoid scams and junk being installed on your Mac.
C. Incompatibly:
Some printers may not be enterable with your Mac. So, look at the compatibility list on the manufactures site, seeing if it is compile with your macOS.
