MacBook Pro flickering screen

I have a 2016 Intel MacBook Pro with the latest update and the problem is that the screen keeps flickering. What I’ve found out this far is that only datk parts flicker and mostly when I move the mouse, it can be copletely normal if I don’t move the mouse but sometimes when an app is open it flickers anyway. I tried booting in Safe Mode and the flickering is not present then but going back to normal brings it back. I did a factory reset, restarted SMC, NVRAM/PRAM, messed with settings like the cursor in Accessibility. Also I don’t have login items. Apple Diagnostics didn’t find anything. What else can I do?
