I am having the exact same problem... any updates on that?

Have you loaded any add-on VPN client apps, any add-on “security” apps, any firewall apps, add-on “EDR” apps, any add-on cleaner apps, or similar apps? if so, remove all of those apps per the vendors’ instructions, restart, and see if the problems persist.

I do have Avira, but updating of Monterey and restarting solved the issue.... what about you?

Avira is an add-on security app, and is one of a class of apps considered unnecessary around here.

I’d remove it.

Too many add-on security apps have a long history of minimal benefits, and of introducing security problems, privacy problems, corruptions, and other issues. Too much of the whole security market—including the add-on VPN market—tends to be sketchy. Avast were selling your activities, for instance. A while back, a report from some US Government folks indicated roughly a third of their information security problems were issues and flaws within the added security apps.

? you do not paint a very big picture...

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

all known to cause issues on the macOS

If in doubt refer to the developers website, search: Support/Help/FAQ/known issues/compatibility/updates

Contact a third party vendor
