Perspective Zoom on Large Photos

Is it possible to use perspective zoom to set up the screen such that one can see the whole photo by "moving around"with the perspective zooming?

Say I have a high resolution panoramic photo, I would like to set it as a wallpaper. I would like that I can use my iPad like a "window" seeing through which the content of the panoramic photo, and when I turn around, the "window" should follow me like what a real window does, with the content changing like a bit what the default perspective zooming allows.

This isn’t natively supported. For iPadOS, wallpaper images are static.
