iPhone 12 Pro Max
If you take a photo of a bright light in darkness you will get reflections.
The more Pro the camera the more the effect.
A pro would avoid such subjects or be prepared to use Potoshop
My 12 beats any phone or SLR I ever owned, and it's not even the pro. Most of the tech press think iPhone beats top end Samsung but they are both excellent cameras.
The only "better camera" is on the 13 but the mandatory post processing does not suit everyone.
If it is under warranty take it to an Apple Store for inspection

Nothing.
It says solved but it’s a quality issue I guess. Samsung users are bragging about how the Android camera is a better quality camera than iPhone. I’m beginning to believe it.
Why can’t I take good quality pictures with my iPhone 12 Max Plus?
