ECG in Mexico
I updated my Apple Watch OS to 8.6 to be able to install ECG use. The Health application still blocks me from activating ECG on my Apple Watch Series 6, saying that ECG is not available in my region.

I had IOS 15.4 with WatchOS 8.6. I updated to iOS 15.5 and it worked. Thank you!
