Does ipad 9th gen support Dolby Vision and HDR10 content such as that available on Netflix or Apple Tv?

To clarify - the iPad LCD screen itself is incapable of displaying material in its HDR form - but the iPad will play and display media content on screen. As such, you can view appropriately coded content (e.g., H.264) - but will not see any benefit from HDR-encoded increased contrast and elevated brightness.
