Add cellular plan not available
I can’t find add cellular plan because this option is not available.
My operator support esim and I have iPhone 13 pro max with last update 15.4

It’s often added by scanning a QR code provided by your carrier.
Otherwise, your carrier can do it “manually” by entering your phone’s specifics.
Either way, you need to contact your carrier.
