The Cap Lovk and Shift Key do not function - nor do the arrow keys.
I have tried to follow tip to go to Settings/Keyboard /Hardware Keyboard to change Keyboard to Automatic but do not have that option or I do not know how to find that option. I also did the zonscreen Update.
any helpful tips?
