Deleting AOL mail in all devices at once. Is AOL different?

I have two mail accounts: AOL and gmail.

When I delete an email in my iPhone from my gmail account it automatically deletes it from my laptop. That's because I changed the settings on my gmail to not to keep a copy.

What do i need to do so I can do the same with my AOL emails? My AOL emails I delete in my iPhone stay on my laptop AOL mail. I have tried AOL Mail online HELP. Nothing helps.

Please help!
