Missing files on the folder app

When I uploaded files on my iCloud through my computer from Chrome, later I couldn't access the files through my phone. I have only my phone on Apple. Two months ago, I could do this, but now it is not working. Even I used the search in iCloud through my phone to find the file, but nothing. It looks like the iCloud is not connected through my browser version and the phone. How to fix it?

Not able to link Files with Google Drive I cannot see the folders in my Google Drive through the files App in my iphone, but yes in mi Ipad. When I open Files App I see my Google Drive but when I click on it, instead of showing me my folders (as it happens on mi Ipad) it opens the Google Drive App. How can I solve this problem. Thanks
