Hello Yehudif,

We understand that the Files app is not working as expected. To clarify, what happens when trying to open your files? For example, do you receive an error message? The following steps may be able to help resolve this issue:

1. Quit and reopen an app on iPad

2. Restart your iPad

3. Update iPadOS (Secure your data with a backup before proceeding)

4. Verify if you're able to open the files using the iCloud website: Use iCloud Drive on iCloud.com

We look forward to hearing back fro you.

Take care.
