Apple Watch face isnt working

i have a series 3 Apple Watch

I wore this watch all the time but I decided to give it a rest. I didn’t use it for about a month. Then I charged it n turned it on . The display screen is black yet along the edges of the face I see a thin line of light.

What should I do ?
