It’s much more complicated than just a simple reinstall. I’ve been working with APPLE for the last day and a half to wipe out the hard drive and then reinstall the OS software and we ran into a bit of a snag so they’ll be calling today at five to finish this up. Thank you so much for your help

As much as. wish I could offer step by step instructions, I ended up calling Apple Support for help. It was a simple quick fix and they were more than happy to help.
