Airprint slow for more than 5 printers

Hello,

We are using Airprint on our fleet of over 200 iPads in a clinical setting.

These devices are fully managed via ABM and we push out list of 10 printers to the fleet using an MDM (MaaS360 and WorkspaceOne) .

All of these devices print clinical documents, on the printer selection screen the first 5 printers load up

and are selectable within 2-5 seconds. The remaining 5 take exactly 1 minute before they appear.

Has anyone else experienced this? We believe this is introduced Is this behaviour was introduced in iOS 13 or later, as it did not happen when we rolled out the fleet originally.

This is causing us issues as staff have to wait around for their printer to load even if they previously printed in that location.
