Can I trade in multiple devices?
I have iPhone and iWatch which are in good condition and no damage
Also need to know whether the purchases of itunes and iclouds will also be transferred to new devices ?

When you set up the new devices on your same Apple ID then all purchases will be available to download.
You can trade in the old watch against a new watch, and the old phone against a new phone.
Or either can be traded in for Apple vouchers.
