Again on the dual monitors for M1 Macbook Pro

There is another thread that refers to a limitation on external monitors for the M1-powered Macbook Pros. This only refers to the specs for the 13" versions. Still, the Net now seems to think that this applies to all M1-powered machines.

Is this true?

Would it be possible to set the story straight once and for all on Macbook monitor support?

Best regards

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

The M1 supports one external display. You need a M1(Pro) or M1(Max) to use more than one external display.
