If you don't have a computer (mandatory to perform the steps provided in the support article that led you here), borrow one from your relatives/friends/neighbors or, even better, ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector . I suggest that you make an appointment in advance, using these steps:
