Screen Issues

My iPhone 11 Pro has been acting up since yesterday. I haven't been able to use it at all as the screen is having issues to the touch. It's become glitchy and does its own thing when unlocked. I have tried powering off my phone but it won't let me use the top half of my screen so I am not sure what I need to do about this. I did drop and crack my phone in the corner back in February and hadn't had issues with it until yesterday but not it was allow me to access anything and gets hot on the charge when on for maybe 5 or more minutes.
