I have a Seagate back up plus slim for my MAC but the port its not suitable for my MAC what i do

You should search this term for more info > "USB-A USB-C adapter"

You might add "thunderbolt" to that.

Please tell us which Mac, model and year you’re having trouble with, and what macOS version you’re running. You can find that info by clicking the  (Apple) menu at the top of your screen and then select About This Mac.
